That's a good nuance. How easy is the current team making you understand and navigate?

It's been a while for me now but yeah teammates helped know the process the org followed. One lucky thing that happpened to me was all the process flows were not told at once but whenever needed I asked for help and people turned up. It's was just a matter of time I was doing the same for my team mates.

The ans to this question depends on how many YOE the person has.

Usually the pressure is high at entry level workers, because they have this illusion of proving themselves. They believe that talent gets rewarded and learning matters.

People with experience, they know the truth.

You have to prove yourself. You owe nothing to the team or manager.

Personal satisfaction should be your priority.

How do you do it healthily or licking boots and sucking up is the way. I don't want to play mind games, but I have often seen the one who quietly works gets unnoticed. It happened with me, I used to think my work would speak for itself, and talking baseless sh1t or gossiping felt not my mind of fun, but when you see the loud mouths being included or given chance or promotion,it feels if you don't to play politics, it will definitely play you.
