- Power of now by Ekhart Tolle
These helped to temporary sail the boat
Meditation helps to get through the day
Did Deep Work on things which bother me
Spending less and earning more helps to reduce one thing to worry about
While working on something, I break things into baby steps and execute them one by one
It's better to seek professional help if you are
facing difficulties

A decade ago was in so much stress and anxiety that I could feel blood flow above my ears, all good now, sometimes anxiety creep up but have learned to manage it
