
Have you ever witnessed gender discrimination in your company?
I have overheard some comments on female employees' competency around my company. Not staying late, not attending work calls at 10-11PM is frowned upon. Also, opinions and ideas of female employees are not taken that seriously as compared to their male counterparts. Have you experienced something like this in your company?

All of traits you mentioned should be part of everyday work, not because of someone's gender.
People take men for granted, and makes such lousy comments for women. These aren’t the best people managers out there, not because of their gender

Startups: Most visible but least in totality. Corporates: Least visible but most in totality.
I can name countless instances of not hiring a female candidates in large companies citing marriageable age and probable Maternity leave concerns.
