You can't know who is a mole for sure until some situation occurs and exposes them. Only thing you can do is avoid such a situation entirely by not talking about any concerns with anyone. Simply do the job and act like everything is good. Play politics if you know how. If the place is not good for you, better to search jobs and switch company.
