Have you ever met a work place mole?
Some person with whom you shared your professional goals, finances, or some critical feedback about org/team/project and they ratted you out to seniors or management.
If you're answering yes, how do you find out if someone is a mole?
Never share anything with people at your workplace. Specifically your views about org/team/projects ot anything personal. Cz latter poses a big risk of that person using it against you. Former is not much of a risk until that person is fed up of your ranting or you get on their bad side.
Faced fee in beginning. Later decided not to openup with anyone in work place. They don't have any role in our life. They are just colleagues and will keep changing.
Friends and colleagues are different. Some will be lucky to have both together
