Have you ever left a job not long after starting? If so, why

So I’ve only been at my job for 3 months & don’t get me wrong, I love a lot of it, but even before I started, I knew it wasn’t something I wanted to do long term. The position is EXTREMELY underpaid for all of the work you have to do & stress you deal with.

Do I continue to work here so it looks good on a resume or do I begin to seek happiness in a new job that is long term & better paying?

If it’s already clear this role isn’t aligned with your goals and it’s draining you, it’s okay to start looking. Three months doesn’t make or break your resume; what matters is the why behind the move and how you frame it. Growth > stagnation any day. Talk to someone who’s been there; mentors on Hiked.in can help you weigh your options and map your next move with clarity.
