Have you ever invested as an angel investor, how's the feeling?

Invested in 3 companies. One gave 7x within a year. One is shut and haven’t heard anything from the 3rd founder for the last 6-8 months.

All were friends who were starting. Invested more for the relationship. So that I can call them for advice and they can give unfiltered opinion.

You invest that money, next second you write it off. No feeling involved.
Feeling comes if there happens next round / exit.

FD mei paisa daalne par kuch feeling nahi aati. Paisa milne par thodi feeling aati hai aur tax deduction pe feeling aati hai. Almost similar 😀
