Have you ever had a senior co-worker who was 💩 at their job and you had to do all the work?

Ofc, they try to get credit but you never let them.

Yes 🤬 (Wishing that they are sent to hell)
No 🥲 (Lucky you)

I was that junior/fresh hire 😂 I knew more than anyone in the whole tech team, they all asked for my opinion before starting on a new thing.

In a team of 4 people, my manager used to make just ppts (which included lots of memes).

He was from IIT kanpur and ISB.

Smooth talker but shit attitude and zero work ethics

@RemoteLute36 Middle Managers are infamous for this. Create PPTs for senior managers, then get work done from junior

I have been that senior..I just wasn't as good as the junior guy. Never really understood why he didn't like me. Later on I got a senior like that. Then I completely understood why the junior hated me all those years back.
