Crying isn’t easy. At least I feel that.
Sometimes it’s good to let go of whatever is troubling them by crying their heart out.

But at they need to sit for at least a few minutes and try to assess what is happening and what are the things under their control.

If they can change the outcome by even a lil bit then focus on that.

I cry everyday and every time in my mind 🥹

I did once, Got too emotional like an idiot. Since then i have my emotions under control. Its better now 🙂

Yeah, few times. How do i come out- i just have to , at the end of the day no matter what i do , say, cry it out alone or infront of others to change the current situation it is going to take some time and i just can’t do anything rn to fix it quickly, hence get back to the normal boring routine.

I think I am someone who has a lot of empathy but lacks tears. Even in the situation when everyone cries, I don't. Or rather, I am unable to. I miss my tears tbh.
