Have you ever asked for a raise? If yes, what was the outcome?

Didn't get it , left the company 😂

Asked the raise on my offer letter. Was asked to serve a bond for, ig next 2/3 years and if I leave before that, will need to pay the differential amount. Also, w/o promotion!
