Trending @Infosys; have written my concern regarding project release to hear@infosys.com .iam lateral I got a project which is not aligned with my skills .
Laterals always go through similar phase 😂 Within infy only tool based mapping works most of the time and laterals starts their journey with incorrect skill mapping and that leaves to getting frustrated and leaving company within 6months 🙃
If you heard about Learning and career in infyme , update your top 3 primary (current knowing) skills there , here within infy all the mapping of project / IJP happen through skill set .
So in your context, what did the hear team say ?
Iam not sure that's why asking ..iam new to infosys..I tried all ways talking to hr /unit hr / manager/tpd manager but no use at all
if you are new, it wont wont. if you make noise they will release you and they treat it as porject refusal and take disciplinary action.
Even if it's mis match of skills and role ..and what disciplinary action can be taken is it termination already..I have another project apportunity they are offering devolopment..
Do you think that resolves the issue ?
