Have to work during the Navratri week..

As a hindu, my religious sentiments are hurt that I cannot celebrate my festivals properly.

This is imposed on me using the fear of being put in the fluidity list.

A critical deliverable needs to be submitted on the very next day of dussera.

First of all, you should directly talk to manager about threatening to put you in the fluidity list. You should go with solution and then tell upfront not to threaten. You can start work early morning and try to complete by 7ish. If required you can work on weekends. Give something and ask something in return

It's time to say Tata to Tata Consultancy Services. Such culture is not good. There are many companies who respect cultural aspects.

Can you please resign and join this company whose holiday calendar is primarily focused on hindu festivals.
Means you can also get a diwali bonus for sure.otherwise don't complain and ask the manager to approve your leave on Navratri
