Have serious health issue with documents and still HR is telling that TCS doctors will decide
My concern is if anything happens are they gling to take responsibility and are those TCS doctors who may be not even specialised doctors going to treat me?? What bullshit company
That is sick.....i havent worked for such a pathetic and insensitive company in my career till now. On what basis they say or claim about beimg women friendly or even peoples company
Women friendly, employee friendly .. everything is a myth. Last thing they think about is their employees.
They were not like this in past but employees started taking advantage of genuineness and sending fake certificates etc...
As a result they had to become strict in these policy and implement zero trust kind of policy.
Every document you submit goes to doctors for scrutiny and verification....
2 years ago even one of my team member submutted fake documents and was instantly caught because his documents were eye catching 😮
If your documents are genuine. Simple they will review it and give you WFH. But there is a problem here if you ask for 1 month they will give 15 days. If you ask for 2 weeks they will give 1 week.
They also want letter from my ISU head if moee than 2 weeks....like bas aab ISU hwad ke paas yahi kaam bacha hai
These doctors are just give report based on HR recommendation only. I had a similar incident last year, had a major fracture and asked HR for 2 months, they said that TCS doctor only approve 15 days. They are just lying dumbfuck assholes. My assumption is that they won't even consult a doctor.
If you have proper documents they won’t decline. My HR told my documents will be reviewed by Tcs doc… by not even shared with them for review and got exception.
