Nice try dude; G & A will never pay you in same range. If you are getting 65 for L5 in G, then A will pay you mostly above 85-1.10 for L6.

@PeterLang with due respect. G is paying 61(including stocks and JB) for L4 and Amazon is paying 66.5 for L5( again including Base, JB and 5% first year vesting).

Choose 1 between Google and Uber. Google generally has slower growth as compared to uber but better wlb. Avoid Amazon.
