C3A means tech lead role. Also from last 1 year, TCS is deducting quarterly variable pay almost 70 to 80% for C3A and Above. So check your offer and see how much is your variable amount. As of now you will get only 20 to 25% max of it
Currently in TCS with 12.5 lpa. Got an offer from cognizant with 50% hike. Which is a better option. Should I go for CTS. Just thinking about job security and work pressure. Pls share your thoughts.
