Hi All, I got offers from TCS and cognizant almost with the same package, I'm in dilemma which company to join. TCS has given assistant consultant role and CTS has given Manager-Projects.
Salary wise I feel CTS is giving more in-hand compared to TCS.
Is it good to join cognizant?? Kindly suggest me which company will be safe to join.
