Do I live in a parallel universe that most of the times I have people understand me in the first call itself? Granted that I do need to explain a couple times, and answer multiple questions, but that's understandable because I know A-Z and the other people don't, so they have queries.

First you have to do short discussion on call Then drop an email explaining what was discussed on call Then you need to send document with detailed description explaining what was on email
Then you have to go on call explaining the document Then you have send flow diagram over an email Then again you have to go on call explaining flow diagram
In between the colleague with whom you were communicating gets assigned to some priority work and a new person is assigned for your ask.

Then again you have to go on call to bridge the understanding gap.

After few days you will hear a whisper on email to connect on call, to finally see something getting build and then disappointment by finding out it was not what you had ask and there is still gap
