Trending @Accenture; Have heard from somewhere this November cycle accenture is not going to give promotions to anyone and with minimal or no hike again

All the “I have heard” rumors have started spoiling Grapevine once again.

All are rumours, it's already decided based on du and it's budget and all. It's the same process as it was in previous years

To compensate for no hike and promotion of last dec they have given what they have to in June and sep cycle .Even i doubt now much scope we have in dec though i have been asked by my SM to start documenting feedback of ppl reporting to me.So they may give but not big bunch of ppl will get it.

Somewhere means from where.... Kindly be precise dude... Do not create hoaxes in the group just for time pass

No hike cycle in November, it’s been moved to May. Only expect promotion for people with high MAL, the budget will be very less this time too.

Yes u r right ,me and manager are having drinks and there he revealed his whole plan ,he was drunk ,i was also drunk and the night was very scary ,lightnings and thunders ⛈️ all around the corners. He did not know that I was to manipulate him so that I will get promoted, then in his master plan i was first in the list whom he is not going to give promotion .I got shattered, and got to know ....
