Well you should try some other places as well, TCS is the last resort you should go because the increment is even bad compared to Capgemini.

Some of friends are working in TCS, that what their opinion about it, I will suggest to check with any of friends or peers who are in TCS, 20% too much less to change the jobs though is certainly depends on your EOY. If it’s increased hike is under 10L then 20% too much less

I suggest to wait and move when you get good offer. 20 percent Is way too less to change the company. If you are in beginning of your phase, don't go for tcs now.
