You need to tailor your CV according to the job description. Before applying to the job see if you have the relevant skills to work on the issue.

30-40 LPA fixed at least. If you join a FAANG level company then you will get a lot of stocks too.

With 7 years in SAP BASIS, aim for 16-18 LPA. Big4 might offer more if you highlight unique skills.

I was offered 18 in TCS which I rejected, that was last year October. I would go for 23 fix.
