People who are unallocated is no more a employees in TCS anymore. They are chickens in slaughter house. It's a new policy. If you find any crack in the cage just fly out otherwise lot of pain is Waiting.. lot of turmoils employees have to go through post separation as TCS is shrinking the business gradually. Its just a matter of time to realise.
