Have been in tcs from last 6years. With 4times A but still ITA promotion has not been given .can anyone let me know how to get it

But my issue is u can not change my location and whereever i am as of now is a small town with hardly 3-4 mnc I would have to change location inorder to change company which would affect my old parents 😭

I am not getting my promotion from last 7.6 years

I would suggest first get your manager's point of you, and make sure you convey your strong points. Start by, I have received X client appreciations, significantly contributed to so and so client. And I'm a diligent hard worker, yet in the past 6 years I'm not nominated for promotion, I need it to advance in my career. I have waited long enough in one role. I'm expecting my promotion this cycle or else I have to start looking outside as I'm getting many calls from other companies but I have been sticking with TCS as it's a great company and I want to continue here.

Bro if you still facing the issue instead of waiting for it just start applying elsewhere would definitely get of what you are currently looking for plus a better pay than what you are getting here
