Have an offer from Zepto - should I take it?
I'm currently a Category Manager at Amazon, and have an offer from Zepto. I want to move because I can feel myself stagnating at Amazon, and the onset of the dreaded day 2 culture. I'm being offered a 25% hike on my current salary. Should I take it?
Zepto seems highly chaotic. I interviewed there. The hr was calling me continuously at 10 pm to set up an interview for the next day. Then again he was calling me at 7 am to reschedule it.
The interview happened at 8 pm and the interviewer said that he works all day and even every weekend and if I'm ok with that.
Plus he wasn't even smart. And i found the strategy poor. So it was meh.
Cracked interview last year around July. Offered base and ESOPs were very low. They took all rounds for SDET 3 and offer compensation of SDET 2. I was asked if I am okay to work weekends and that too from office.
Worst culture.
Most self obsessed CEO ever seen. I would never choose it.

Layoffs happening in zepto so avoid to join and if you are gave the Interview for OMS team then please don't join toxic associate director
I’ve heard of 3 people who left for zepto, boomeranged back to their roles in Amazon, just in the past 2 months.
