Have a minor headache on the right side of my head almost throughout đź§
I guess I’ve had this since a very long time, but recently it feels more frequent
It feels like it comes and goes. Right side of head, above the ear.
Idk why I’m sharing this here, but curious if anybody else had headaches and if it is common?

Get yourself checked for migraine. Also watch out for triggers, had maintained a journal when headaches occurred and what was common in those days

I also used to have the same, but on the backside of head. Got checked, it was migraine. I would highly recommend you to get checked once.

How is yours? Is it mild or sharp? Taking something to treat it?

Even I used to have a headache on the left side at the back of my head.
It usually triggered when I had a common cold or when I was stressed too much (happened twice in this case).
Now I follow a healthy lifestyle and I have a sleep schedule, mindful eating and also gym.
I haven't had that head in months, even if I get a cold now.

I meant to haven't had a headache in months
