Take the hike and switch. Don't stress on how much they are giving. Accenture is hell bent on only keeping the top folks and their priority is to keep the folks with ai, llm, ml skill employees the most. So take hike and moveout

Expect around a 30% hike with promotion. Yes, 15 LPA is low for 10 years of experience. Post-promotion, aim for 18-19 LPA. Negotiate hard or look elsewhere if needed.

That is too low for cl9. Minimum should be 20+

I think with promotion it will be around 15-20%. Don't expect more than that.

But as @ObviousMineshaft said , at 10 yoe, 15LPA is low and you need to ask your manager to match your pay as per market Standards.
