Hate my programming job

I hate my job. I’m a backend developer. Switched companies but kept getting bad managers and teams which impact my self worth. I earn okayishly well. But, my self worth is in shambles and it happens quite often. I’m sick and tired of switching. I also suffer from depression which makes me more susceptible to take all the feedback to my heart. I have to support my family so I need this job, besides I don’t have a lot of other interests that pay well. What do I do?
