Trending @Accenture; Hashtag ₹ Stuck with Accenture
Who are sticking to their Accenture tag after getting no increment in last two years? I m obviously not, but IT sector is not doing great and seems stuck. Any opinions- why one should stuck with Accenture and what mights come next on way?
Trying to switch. There's no growth at all for me in Accenture. Unless I got a new offer, I'm stuck here.
Same here bro. I am also planning to switch from Accenture. i already have cleared the TCS interview just waiting for the offer letter. Accenture has given no promotion since I have joined and it's been 3 years now.

Not only Accenture whatever the company is... There are seeing employees as slaves... They are playing with us by showing money... For a project if client give 70k per person but our company will give us only 30-40% for us from that money and says no budget this is what the fcuk happening in IT

Accenture Q3 results declared last week, as a finance guy, i see a flat result means there is no significant growth and numbers are not growing, except for growth market where there is 8% growth, however overall a flat result.
With recent leadership changes and restructuring of market, they may be planning to have better decisions and control in future.
