Hashedin By Deloitte : Salary Negotiation for Senior Software Engineer.

Hi all, Do anyone have any experience with the salary negotiation for Senior software engineer Hashedin by deloitte. A day after tomorrow i have a Hr round scheduled where we will also discuss my expected ctc. I have overall 3 YOE as a backend developer in java. Initially, i told hr the my current ctc is 4.5 lpa and i have an offer in handed with 14lpa offer and at that time Hr said that we will only stretch till 13-14 lpa. And currently i have one more offer with 16 lpa fix +2.5 for sde role and i want 25% hike on my recent offer. So my question is, Can Hr will stretch for 20-21 lpa for senior software engineer role.
