Has your performance ever been nominal(instead of exceptional) in new job?
My Performance in my new job has been very very nominal with lots of things that I may have missed or people might have not had my visibility or just because I don't feel I belong there. People here rather focus on the negatives or the mistakes I have made rather than the improvements I have done. I fear I would be put in PIP and let go off! I feel it would be okay, not the end of the world, but I fear I would be branded as person who went into the big leagues and who couldn't hack it🥹
Has this ever happened to anyone? Any tips on how to deal with it? I personally dread the Mondays that come.

The most time in a day and life is spent at work at 9-12 hours. No point suffering through that. Don’t worry about others perception and do what makes you happy. Short term setbacks are not even a blip in the long term. :)
If you don’t fit in, leave sooner than later. Did that mistake and think next time I’ll cut my losses sooner.
