Trending @Wipro; Has the bench policy changed again?
I'm in free pool. I received an email today stating that I have 90 days to get into a project. If I don't, I'd be released from the company. I wasn't aware of any change in the policy and it's frustrating to know about it after almost a month of being on bench.

Bro, that's totally messed up! 😤 They keep changing policies like they're changing clothes. It's like they don't even care about our careers. Just focus on networking and finding a project asap.

Exactly!! I've been trying to find projects but no one's really responding. Not the cg spoc, the managers or PMs.

After I completed 45 days in bench some one from the hr department called me and said as per the policy u already completed 45 days in bench.now u are in lop and it's of 90 days (45 bench+90 lop) whatever the annual leaves we have we will get paid for that. This scenario happened on Nov 15.
After 15 days we all received another mail informing that the bench period is of 90 days after that they will start the exit process. And now we have 30 days left.seems there are changing policy for every month

No change in the policy from last three years.
Stage 1:If you are getting released within 28 days, that period is called virtual pool. In this period, you can start attending interviews for internal projects
Stage 2:You can stay in bench for 45 days. This period is called Free pool. This period, you will get the salary and you can continue attending interviews
Stage 3: this period you will be LOP. Generally this will be for 90 days. This period is called EBLP (Extended Bench Leave Program). This period you can utilize your leave balance to get salary
After that they will ask to resign. They will give 10 days for you. If you don't resign, they will send you termination letter
