Has TCS made your separation a living hell?
My HR didn't give me acceptance letter neither connected me to a separation spoc. I have a good offer in hand but my managers tried to retain me during my NP and didn't provide me with any separation docs. I was threatened to pay my fnf to them without which they won't provide me the letter. It's been 3 months now post my LWD and neither did they pay for my last 30 days they are providing me with acceptance letter. To top it all these HRs with no real skill are always rude egoistic and unavailable when we really need them. As soon as I had resigned my life became a living hell in TCS with corporate politics in the name of policies and gundaraj.employement laws ki dhajiyan udaate hue ye log shaan se baithte hai.escalation bhi naam ka hi hai. Am i alone in this?

Hi, just wanted to know if they mentioned of any cooldown period after you withdraw your resignation, during which you can't resign again. Coz after I got a counter from TCS i withdrew but just received a great offer and it's hardly 2 months since my withdrawal.

Why would you stay back in TCS? If you get an offer and think of resignation, don’t accept any counter offers. Send email to Manager and HR, manager can only initiate separation with 3 days backdated. If they don’t do it, contact the HR and CC his manager so that they will initiate separation, you will get an email related to that. Then after few weeks, you will get an email with LWD.
