Has TCS ever fired employee for no show at office
Hi, i have this question, i wanted haven't been going to office at all from last 2 months not even a day. Now after seeing this layoffs, I'm wondering if TCS ever removed employee for non wfo compliance?
FYI - Apart from non wfo compliance I'm a good employee with good client repo, appreciation emails etc.
Secretly I'm hoping that they won't notice me, but anyone especially HRs can see employees wfo index so I'm wondering why didn't I even receive a warning email yet?

Even if you are complying with the WFO policy,
they might still find another reason to lay you off.
Even if you follow all the policies and do good work, they can still let you go.
Why would someone terminate you just because you’re not going to the office?
There must be some other reason too — like budget issues in the project, skill gaps, poor performance, or problems with higher management…
The only thing we can do is get prepared for interviews and just do our job which we are paid to do

Don't do it if you fear actions. They are checking everything and tracking closely not only HR but also ISU Leadership you never know what may come when.. situations are not good

If from you TCS is getting client billing with good margin then nothing will happen.if you come on bench then everything will be open up for digging gradeyard

Anytime You can get email from HR for one on one meeting and they will tell you, this is your last month . It’s easy to them

I used to get emails from HR on WFO compliance , then the emails stopped for few months , I thought cool nothing to worry , then came the fluidity list , i was already laid off
You can be laid of for any reason.
WFO is one of them

You will get hr warning letter then it's their choice what action to take.

Also you are getting salary !!

Anyday you might get deallocated and fired ... You are already in their list
