TCS is now just like other service based company...You will get 1 to 3 months based on your grade.. if you don't get allocated then fired.. If you are more senior then less days will be given to you for bench

After Results every quarter they will fire, but mostly they try for forced resignations, if things don’t go their way they want to fire
