Has Bangalore water scarcity resolved?

Ever since the heavy rain, I don't see any talk on the water crisis and tanker looting. Has the bangalore water crisis solved?

Are there still areas where there is restricted access to water?

PS: I live in Bellandur and and I don't see any problems here.
