Trending @Accenture; Has anyone switched from Accenture within 6 months of joining? What are your thoughts—do you think it's a good or bad move?

Not sure, its good or bad but yeah if you think there is no learning and no growth then it's good.

I am currently serving notice. I had resigned when i just completed 10 months here. I feel if there is no learning/growth its always a good idea to switch.

I switched within 3 months.

Till the time you are on the probation period, your notice period is 30 days once you get confirmed then your notice period changes to 90 days

I joined recently too. It’s been 5 months .. my manager intentionally extended my probation and kept me in PIP. Now I am thinking to resign
