I am currently serving notice. I had resigned when i just completed 10 months here. I feel if there is no learning/growth its always a good idea to switch.

Is the notice period the same during the probation period as well?

Till the time you are on the probation period, your notice period is 30 days once you get confirmed then your notice period changes to 90 days

I joined recently too. It’s been 5 months .. my manager intentionally extended my probation and kept me in PIP. Now I am thinking to resign
