I suspect I might have some minor neurodevelopmental disorders and am considering getting a diagnosis from a psychologist. While reviewing Capgemini’s 2024 medical policy, I noticed that it mentions coverage for neurodiversity treatment.
Has anyone here successfully claimed this coverage and received reimbursement for such treatments? I reached out to MediAssist, but unfortunately, they weren’t helpful in providing any clear information.

Hey @Trintrin, thanks for your response. I read that the claim is available for OPD up to 50k. Is this true? Also, what documents are needed to apply for the claim? Are there any special written documents we need to submit?
Yes it’s upto 50000. May be document like therapy session bill will be ok enough
I haven't personally claimed it, but I've heard it's possible with the right documentation. Best to gather all necessary paperwork and keep pushing for clarity.
