Are letters out or just the news is out and letters are yet be released? It might start from bottom and phase wise.
TCS just manipulating media to fix the damaged caused in recent time. Also what if hike for juniors are not even decent 7-8%, what is use of this hike
Hopefully atleast juniors get good hike this time. C3B like me are waiting for even news of hike. May be will get in 1st January 2026, so we can again forget about hike for 2026, there is no way will get 2nd hike in next 3 months
Honestly, i feel this hike is not even a hike....Firstly of all we already lost about 4 months of hiked salary... Second, the quarterly variables were highly deducted due to low business unit performance. Also the hike that we usually get will have a higher component of variable and less in hand which again is subject to deduction in coming quarters.... So when we say about getting 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 % hikes, what are we really getting is the amount that got deducted or delayed to us in the last few quarters..... Which i think effectively will be 0% hike all together....more like hike on paper!! In reality, this hike is more of a news bite for stock market rather than anything for employees!
