Trending @Accenture; Has anyone received salary hike in August?

My friend is working in accenture for 3 years in level 10. On 2nd week of August, he received a call from his project delivery lead and he has been informed that he is getting CTC hike because of his skill and asked not to share this with anyone, not even his people lead and he will be eligible for performance hike also.

Is anyone aware of this process ?
