Has anyone received promotion papers this month from C2 to C3A

Hi All, Whoever has posted yes, can you plz connect over chat..?

How can we know what is the progress of the promotion?? Will we get any kind of mail on each step for the workflow. My manager said that it is with HR now. Manager and reviewer has already approved is what the response I got from Manager.. is there any possibility for my HR to reject my promotion?

I don't think letters are out.. they will be applicable from 1st August so hopeful by 31st will receive
