Right. I think it's 15+15 actually. And this number is for one calendar year. So for this year, you have 3.75+3.75 days left till dec 2024. From Jan, you will have 15+15 days eligibility till Dec

This year you can take 3.75 in both category

Manager has to approve and if he takes no action then it gets auto rejected.
