Has anyone observed this ?
I am seeing lots of jobs post on LinkedIn from various companies and when u apply to them there is no call back or any update from them. I am now like confused if those post are even true or not? Anyone face/observe this

It is happening everywhere. It is said that they are collecting data to understand the trends of the market like CTC in their competitors and expected CTC and then they are ghosting the candidates.
Yes even I have faced this and the strangest thing is I have the skillset and experience required for that particular JD .

True, I lost count of how many jobs I have applied for, no call back no acknowledgement at least.
Most of the time they put it on LinkedIn as an advertisement of company even if they are not hiring, mostly they give priority to referral and direct/cold mail to HR/employee.
Some sort of scam is going on!
Yeah, same. Mostly no response. No recruiter names under the job. Sometimes company's name is fake, not even have a website.
