Has anyone here used Rentomojo or Furlenco? Seeking honest reviews! Question

Hey everyone, I am shifting soon and would probably stay for 6-8 months

I've been considering using Rentomojo and Furlenco for furniture like bed, mattress and wardrobe, and I'd love to hear from those who have tried their services.

  1. Overall Experience: How was your overall experience?

Which one would you recommend?

  1. Quality of Products: Were the items you rented in good condition? Did they match the description and photos?

  2. Customer Service: Did you face any issues, and if so, how was their customer service in resolving them?

  3. Pricing & Value: Do you think their prices are reasonable for the quality and service provided?

  4. Delivery & Return: How was the delivery process? Was returning items easy?

Any additional insights, tips, or warnings are much appreciated! Thanks in advance for your input

All of these companies stop caring about customer experience once you start your subscription. Rento mojo is the worst. Go for furlenco or any other option if available.

Idk bout rent mojo i used furlenco for my apartment. Whatever u take from them first take the insurance in that everything is covered. I guess furlenco is slightly expensive but it gets the job done.

If buying is an option, go for it over renting. Rental companies have poor customer experience records. May start good initially, but progressively gets worse over time, because customers will always leave after 6-12 months.

In all Aspects Furlenco is Good

Furlenco is one of the least customer-centric company out there.

I scheduled a delivery for a certain date and it got rescheduled without my premission 13 times. I tried contact customer service but all they could say was they cannot guarantee any date - it is as if they expect me to accomodate their availability into my schedule

If all else fails, just check the reviews of their "flagship" stores on GMaps and you will get an aggregate view. Highly recommend to avoid them at all costs for your peace of mind
