Has anyone heard of this visa company??

So yesterday, I received a call from this visa company called oasis. Over a call, they asked me if I was willing to work abroad and also provided me some options how I can go and how they can help me with that. They also told me that I’ll have to pay some particular fees for the visa office (₹2200), and after that, the whole process might take around ₹70-₹80,000. She also said that this is all refundable, If nothing works out. I know this is sounding very shady, but they have been calling me asking me to share CV and documents. I don’t know if that company is even legit because when I searched on LinkedIn and Google they didn’t really seem to be problematic, but the way they communicate surely is. How persistent they are and how they get offended if I am not willing to share my documents and want to have discussion with my family first. One even told me that money should not be an issue for you since you are already earning. I don’t know if that is even legit. Anyone has faced the same?
