But it's not all bad... there is good side also, random encounter with upper management to scold you for something you have absolutely no control over and watching the undeserving climb the ladder just coz they know when and how to asslick. Trying your best for some vague and unreasonable requirements, which makes no sense, and it'll be top priority today, and no one will ask tomorrow. Basically.... following a blind leader... and being the puppet
