Has anyone had any experience with applying to Crossover jobs? They seem to be a recruitment agency. Are they legit?

I once received an offer from them after completing 5 rounds of online tests. Good for folks living in countries where COL is low as the pay is as per US standards.

One downside I saw was that you have to keep your camera on throughout the day and their app clicks pictures every 10 min just to ensure you are working. The payout is on an hourly basis.
