Trending @Cognizant; Has anyone got promoted from PA to A while doing WFH from June or July until now?
Yup. One of my known got promoted to Associate even though he comes to office once a month or once every two months. That is because his project does not have a secure odc at his location
Ohh, thank you for your response. Here in my case also our project didn't have any ODC in Bangalore. so I did WFH but still I didn't get promotion 😞 and if ask my manager he is just saying will check will check.
Promotions while working from home can be inconsistent. Some have been promoted, but it largely depends on project needs and manager feedback.
I did RTO from last year may to this year June after the because of changing project i did WFH and I informed my home manager and then only I did WFH. But I don't know now the manager is saying will check will check from August and not giving proper response or telling when I can expect
