Trending @Accenture; Has anyone got PIP while being on Bench?Were you able to clear

First a PIP initiation meeting will be set up to discuss expectations and after that you get a mail as well..if someone has told you will be on PIP that means it is already there on tool and someday you will have to go through it in Jun or July I think

I think you had asked this doubt in some other post of someone as well .bro if someone has told you then it's there on tool someday HR will initiate and you have to go through it can be delayed but can't be stopped i think

Came in performance outcome actually..Once its given in system you have to go through it..I was in a project but got released due to no work

No in performance outcome actually from previous project but right now even current project does'nt have work for me so would get released and be on bench while it's initiated
