Has anyone got hired by Google externally?

So coming from a tier 2 city, I never got any placement opportunities at my college (also because it's Amity University 🫠 so yea can't complain) I have applied for an apprenticeship where I got an assesment mail. Ever since it has been a ghost land, no response.

Even though the job listing already mentioned that the process can take a lot of time, I'm getting anxious. Anyone have some tips on how the interviews go and the overall process.

Also fingers crossed for Google APM program 🤞 I applied for that, I've heard it's pretty competitive but let's see. Will keep you guys informed.
