Can someone clarify me . Last year in H1b lottery results I was not selected and I was able to see all the updates in Glomo .

This year my manager told we have applied again for H1b . But in glomo I am not able to see any update.

Once H1b is applied as fresh only then we receive updates or how does it work

If you didn’t get any email to submit details from glomo that means your name was not nominated . Your manager is just taking you for a ride

It will take atleast couple of weeks to get updated in system at infosys. If you know your acknowledgment number you can check your self at USCIS site.
