Trending @Accenture; Has anyone given Mycompetency expert exam for Oracle database administrator skill ?

How is that a money making scheme ? Do you even know about the updated policy of rewards for achieving P4 or P5 ?

Skill proficiency helps during promotion specially when you have a female colleague at the same level as yours, as they are given preference because of the so-called "QUOTA"

And getting P4 or P5 with Oracle certification requires us to give 3 different certifications exams so why not to give a single exam instead of giving 3 different exams.

Mycompetency exam, huh? Another money-making scheme. Oracle's own certification isn't enough? "Paisa kamana hai toh seedha kam karo." What's your real skill level?
